It's interesting Tsinghua chooses fools' day to be the day publishing results, anyway, hopefully this is not a kidding in any circumstances. I guess they are urged by Peking U who released their result on Friday. Gosh, i love competition~

 

Looking back to the interviewing process, I certainly learned a lot from my peers. I am looking forward to digging more about that.

One of my high school buddy is flying to US for studying, he is going to his dream place by airplane. A lot of people, including me, fly to dream place in ordinary way, by sleep. Studying somewhere near L A, he is definitly going to have a lot of fun. We have been buddies for like 13 years, and i am not used to the feeling losing him which i have experienced the last year i was in Korea. Anyway, people come people gone, that's rule. Lin Wei and Sister Yu are both coming back to Beijing.

this time, IBD brought me in. gosh, i was not ready for tons of paper work~, i guess he won't listen to me, anyway

 

IBD is so different from other departments, in ways that they dressed themselves, the fairs they cared about, the time they left their offices, the coffee taste they made, I hided my head among hundreds of co workers, you won't expect to find me out, as we are so alike each other.

after few months of holiday, still carrying holiday weight, i was back to beijing.

 

"I am soo tired of resting, and i am soo ready to work", i looked at ma flabby face in the mirror, panicked~

 

 

Well, this weekend I scanned through a few of the current ones. What I noticed was that to a good approximation the ads by men seeking women were quite simple and to the point, and didn't ask for too much.

For example: ARCHITECT, 60s, 5'11", 190, nonsmoker. Loves good music, movies, cats, puns, and crosswords. Seeking Manhattan lady for museums, concerts, and more. NYR Box xxxxx.

But the ads by women seeking men often drowned the reader in details. Two examples:

BEAUTIFUL WITH DEVILISH TWINKLE, a great way of connecting, and generous loving persona. Exudes poise, grace, and readiness for life. Divorced, Jewish—characterized by male colleagues as “vivacious, smart, and full of fun with terrific sexy, slender figure—adds light and laughter wherever she goes.” Contemporary, hip, insightful, philanthropic, and very present, with an eye for beauty. Beguiled by excitement of travel, adores stepping into unknown cultures, yet believes New England beaches trump Côte d’Azur, Italian Riviera. Reads New Yorker cartoons weekly, works toward social justice, stays fit with biking, yoga. Loves literature, Mozart, Italy anywhere, Wyoming, Kenyan safari, the warm ambiance of meals with friends, lattes, London theater, Ansel Adams. Seeks educated, professionally and personally secure, fit man—50s–65.

SMART AND BEAUTIFUL. Intellectually curious, tall, thin, and blue-eyed, with natural radiance. Adventurous with a touch of idealism, calm, warm demeanor, genuineness of character. Expressive, affectionate, divorced, professional. Laughs a lot, thinks deeply, politically liberal. Likes skiing, hiking, sipping coffee in Paris, theater in London, trekking in Nepal, snuggling at home, enjoying Sunday NY Times. Midwestern roots, international outlook, lived abroad. Interested in literature, psychology, classical music, nature, beauty. Seeks honest, educated, professional, healthy/active man (50s–68) with an intellectual bent—Boston area.

These two ads have a sort of uncertainty-principle flavor: the more they try to define who they are and what they want, the less -- I think -- appealing they become.

The things they seem to like -- nature, beauty, classical music, the Sunday NY Times -- well, almost everyone likes them, so why specify it so much?

{Can you imagine writing 'likes artificiality, ugliness, loud nasty music and the weekday NY Post?"

And the less common things, like trekking in Nepal, sipping coffee in Paris, theater in London, Kenyan safaris -- well, nice work if you can get it. Why not just write a short ad that says "Fabulous person (IMHO) seeks ditto to enjoy expensive and leisurely lifestyle"?

Why is there such a difference in the way the men and women describe both themselves and what they're looking for?

假设甲方欲购买乙方的二手房，乙方开出的总价是A，据国家最新规定，乙方必须上缴交易金额5.5%的税，所以乙方实际到手现值是（以后所以金额均是现值）为 A － A×5.5% = 94.5% * A

　　新华网北京1月12日电 中共中央、国务院近日发出《关于深化文化体制改革的若干意见》（以下简称《意见》）。《意见》指出，当今世界，文化与经济政治相互交融，在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出。在全面建设小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中，繁荣和发展社会主义先进文化具有全局性战略性的地位和作用。必须从全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的高度，从巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的高度，从加强党的执政能力建设的高度，充分认识文化体制改革的重要性和紧迫性，增强责任感,和使命感，抓住重要战略机遇期，深化改革，加快发展，为建设社会主义先进文化注入强大动力。

     《意见》强调，文化体制改革的指导思想是：以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面落实科学发展观，深入贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中、四中、五中全会精神，围绕中心、服务大局，解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，牢牢把握先进文化的前进方向，遵循社会主义精神文明建设的特点和规律，适应社会主义市场经济发展的要求，全面推进体制机制创新，解放和发展文化生产力，调动广大文化工作者的积极性和创造性，繁荣社会主义文化，不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求，提高全民族的科学文化素质，培育有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义公民，促进人的全面发展。

　　文化体制改革的原则要求是：坚持社会主义先进文化的前进方向；坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位，确保国家文化安全；坚持勇于实践、大胆创新，树立新的文化发展观；坚持把社会效益放在首位，努力实现社会效益和经济效益的统一；坚持文化事业和文化产业协调发展；坚持区别对待、分类指导，循序渐进、逐步推开。

　　文化体制改革的目标任务是：以发展为主题，以改革为动力，以体制机制创新为重点，形成科学有效的宏观文化管理体制、富有效率的文化生产和服务的微观运行机制、以公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的文化产业格局和统一、开放、竞争、有序的现代文化市场体系；要形成完善的文化创新体系，形成以民族文化为主体、吸收外来有益文化，推动中华文化走向世界的文化开放格局。

　　《意见》要求，推进文化事业单位改革，要根据现有文化事业单位的性质和功能，区别对待、分类指导，明确不同的改革要求。要加大公益性文化事业投入，调整资源配置，逐步构建公共文化服务体系。进一步完善鼓励捐赠和赞助等各项政策，拓宽渠道，引导社会资金以多种方式投入文化公益事业。加大农村文化基础设施建设投入，逐步解决农村文化产品和服务相对缺乏的问题，丰富农民群众精神文化生活。完善城市社区文化设施，加强文物保护，扶持民族优秀传统文化。继续支持中西部地区、老少边穷地区建设和改造文化服务网络。要改进和完善国家扶持方式，坚持和完善有关文化领域的重点扶持政策和措施。要以项目投入为手段，以激发活力为目标，提高资金的使用效益。新闻媒体要坚持正确的舆论导向，始终确保党和人民喉舌的性质。要优化组织结构，整合内部资源，转变经营方式。要深化文化事业单位的内部改革，推进人事、收入分配和社会保障制度改革，按照政事分开的原则，事业单位和行政机关不得相互混岗。

　　《意见》要求，深化文化企业改革，要规范国有文化事业单位的转制。转制企业要在清产核资的基础上，合理确定产权归属，做好资产评估和产权登记等工作。确认出资人身份，明确出资人权利，建立资产经营责任制。要确保国有资产安全，防止国有资产流失。转制企业自工商登记之日起，实行企业财政、税收、社会保障、劳动人事制度，重视职工权益保障，在一定期限内给予财政、税收等方面的优惠政策。要切实做好劳动人事、社会保障的政策衔接，妥善安排富余人员。要重塑文化市场主体，按照现代企业制度的要求，加快推进国有文化企业的公司制改造，完善法人治理结构。要着力培育外向型文化企业，积极实施“走出去”战略，创新对外文化交流体制和机制。实行政府推动和企业市场化运作相结合，打造一批具有国际竞争力的文化企业，成为实施文化“走出去”战略的主体。

　　《意见》指出，加快文化领域结构调整，要合理配置文化资源，盘活存量，优化增量，解决国有文化资产结构失衡、效益不高、闲置浪费问题，科学规划和配置公益性文化事业资源、报刊及广播电视资源，促进文化资源配置向农村和中西部地区倾斜。要大力提高文化产业规模化、集约化、专业化水平。培育和建设一批出版、电子音像、影视和动漫制作、演艺、会展、文化产品分销等产业基地。重点培育发展一批实力雄厚、具有较强竞争力和影响力的大型文化企业和企业集团，支持和鼓励大型国有文化企业和企业集团实行跨地区、跨行业兼并重组，鼓励同一地区的媒体下属经营性公司之间互相参股。支持中小型文化单位向“专、精、特、新”方向发展，形成富有活力的优势产业群。要大力推进文化领域所有制结构调整，坚持以公有制为主体，鼓励和支持非公有资本以多种形式进入政策许可的文化产业领域，逐步形成以公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的文化产业格局。大力推进文化产业升级，用先进科学技术促进文化产业发展。

　　《意见》指出，培育现代文化市场体系，要加强文化产品和要素市场建设，打破条块分割、地区封锁、城乡分离的市场格局，形成统一、开放、竞争、有序的现代文化市场体系，重点培育书报刊、电子音像制品、演出娱乐、影视剧等文化产品市场。加强资本、产权、人才、信息、技术等文化生产要素市场建设，培育和规范以网络为载体的新兴文化市场，大力培育和开拓农村文化市场。要完善现代流通体制，深化国有发行企业改革，打破按行政级次、行政区划分配文化产品的旧体制，发展现代流通组织形式。要建立健全市场中介机构和行业组织，提高文化产品和服务的市场化程度。推行知识产权代理、市场开发、市场调查、信息提供、法律咨询等专业化、社会化服务。加强文化市场监管，建立依法经营、违法必究、公平交易、诚实守信的市场秩序，创造公开、公平、公正的市场竞争环境。

　　《意见》要求加强和改进文化领域宏观管理，加快转变政府职能，明确文化行政管理部门职责，理顺文化行政管理部门与所属文化企事业单位的关系。健全文化法律法规和政策体系，加强文化立法，通过法定程序将党的文化政策逐步上升为法律法规。继续执行实践证明行之有效的文化经济政策，制定和完善扶持公益性文化事业、发展文化产业、激励文化创新等方面的政策。各地可根据改革发展的需要，制定适合本地实际的相关政策。

　　《意见》强调，要切实加强对改革的组织领导，建立健全党委统一领导、政府大力支持、党委宣传部门协调指导、行政主管部门具体实施、有关部门密切配合的文化体制改革领导体制和工作机制。要高度重视人才队伍建设，按照政治强、业务精、作风正的要求，着力培养文化领域的领军人物和专业人才、掌握现代传媒技术的专门人才、懂经营善管理的复合型人才。要积极稳妥地推进文化体制改革，把深化改革与加快发展结合起来，把加强宏观管理与增强微观活力结合起来，把加强思想政治工作与解决实际问题结合起来。同时，要完善配套政策，使文化体制改革与劳动、人事、分配、社会保障、行政管理等各方面的改革相衔接。（完）

耐人寻味:一位已全家移民美国的国企老总的自白 人在北美

作为中国最大企业排名62位的国有企业老总，我去年全家移民美国。无论在美国还是在国内的要好的同学、朋友对我举动都不理解，是不是“出了什么问题？”,要么是“捞够了”？要不然怎么会放弃多少人打破脑袋都抢不到的位置，到美国从零开始呢？！可不是嘛，深圳最年轻的享受“正局级待遇干部”，深圳6大国有集团公司之一的老总，统治一万多名员工，操控号称近百亿（约十多亿美元）的资产,同学、朋友，甚至上海交大、清华等母校都引以为荣的成功人物，国内活得那么滋润，到美国做一个“入不了主流社会的二等公民”，作出这样的选择，如果没有什么深层原因，谁信呢？！这些想法我能理解,在没有干过国企老总之前,我也只看到做国企老总比贩毒更来钱,更别提有多风光，但当上国企老总后,真切体会到,干这个工作比贩卖毒品风险更大,更难干！

　　就拿我熟悉的深圳为例，1995至2000年间任职的大行企业（市属一级企业）老总的“入狱率”超过了50%，毒贩被抓的比例有这么高吗？！95年，深圳市政府搞了一个“百亿工程计划”，培植6个到2000年销售超百亿的集团（特发集团、建材集团、莱英达集团、赛格集团、能源集团、盐田港集团），5年后，这6个企业销售加起来还没有超百亿，到是6个企业中，有5个企业的“一把手”，包括能源的劳德容、建材集团陈小雄，特发集团的陈宏明、盐田港集团的刘定桐等被拘捕了，更惨的是，跟随他们的私党、甚至一些家人也牵连被捕。在这样的环境下,有谁能不提心吊胆,专心工作或享受职务消费呢?!　　

　　国企老总的活儿不是人干的。它逼着你“要么贪污受贿，要么鞠躬尽瘁”，实际上你“鞠躬尽瘁”也行不通，自己“不敢捞”，但堵了别人的财路，最终也是没有好果子吃的。当然，既不被抓，又能“捞钱”的国企老总也有，但必须满足三个条件：一是要贪得足够多，即便“有事”，也可以有足够的钱“消财免灾”。国内对贪官有一句顺口溜：百十万坐牢、千把万可跑，上亿元逍遥。贪了亿万就能逍遥法外，原因很简单，“有钱能使鬼推磨”。我就认识那么一位老总，住着上千万的别墅，从中央到地方立案查了不知多少次，不但没事，而且，纪检系统的一些主要领导都成了他的“挚友”；其二，就是“联系领导，不吞独食”。深圳某集团的老总，企业改制时，给自己分了一点股份，员工到处举报，引起中纪委的重视，该老总“放话”，要是我“进去了”，谁也别想好过，结果，纪委到企业的工作组都在去企业的路上了，都被领导叫停，他被调动一下工作了事；其三，有稳固的后台撑腰，比如上面所说的什么人的秘书、子女之类的，只要“后台老板”不倒，他们尽可放心伸手。就我管理的集团内，就有很多，如号称四平“黑老大”的林治国，自称是某现任国务委员的干儿子，在我们投资四平涂料公司时，明目张胆地将我们2000千万资金卷走；某原全国人大委员长的儿媳，在我们下属的深圳兴达，从事对外贸易，弄出1亿多元的窟窿；某..元老的儿子，在我们下属的中华自行车公司，弄出2亿多元的烂帐。对于这些事，谁追究，谁倒霉，明智的做法就是请他们到其它地方再去发财。

　　俗话说,“不怕贼,就怕贼惦记”,国企的这块没有主的肥肉,谁能挡得住诱惑.这毫无疑问地给当老总的带来了巨大麻烦和风险.　　

　　就我的体会说,黑社会的滋扰比“纪委”更烦人。老国有企业都欠了一屁股债,欠银行的一点用不着担心,债务到期他们还会求着公司“借新还旧”,麻烦的是欠私人的“说不清债”，债主请黑社会的“清债公司”要债是常事。我们集团下属的中国大陆第一家中外合资企业----嘉年印刷公司，土地被黑社会霸占3年。嘉年公司位于深圳最繁华的商业街--华强北路上，1997年，公司考虑到级租地差，决定把工厂搬到深圳关外的龙华，原厂址改为商业用地。结果被带有黑社会背景的潮州人公司叮上，在这块不到3万平方米的土地上，上演了近500人的斗殴，十多人受伤，更冤的是，市里有一位心直口快的副市长，当着几十个官员的面，一口咬定是我请了黑帮，挑起事端，连给我解释的机会都没有，气得我几天没有睡好。最后只有息事宁人，让我们国有资产损失5000万了事。广东省高院院长(真是报应,他现在被抓起来了)，伙同挂靠在广东四建的潮洲黑包工队，通过“法院判决”，黑了我们近5700万国有资产等。关于这些涉黑事件，我想等有时间，好好把有关公司与黑帮恶斗的经过，以及不得已在政府压力下退步、如何摆平记者，成功保密（连我们的副总到现在都不知内情）的情况写出来，让大家了解一下中国社会的另一面。　　

　　让国企老总最心烦要数下岗员工的问题了，所谓下岗，就是解雇，但企业给一段时间的最低生活费，实际上对个人来说就是失业，这是官员们为减少“失业率”和推卸责任搞出的把戏，因为下岗员工，还“挂在”企业，可以不用管，也不增加失业数字。我做总经理的3年，裁减了月7000千人，把怎么多人的饭碗砸了，人家能让你好受吗？平时家里的电话线是必须拔掉的，不然，肯定有几个过得不痛快的下岗员工来电“恶心”你一下，你还只有听的份。至于半夜来家敲门也只能装听不见，所要做的是安抚一下还在上小学的、被吓醒的儿子，至于老婆的抱怨，那就对不起了，谁叫我是老总呢？！
　　
　　实际上,国企老总即使捞到钱,多数也没好日子过,整天提心吊胆,怕有朝一日,东窗事发.就算通过种种手段来到美国，也很难过得自在。上个月，我陪同国内一个老板去世界最着名的赌城拉斯维加斯一间“贵宾赌室”，我意外地见到了深圳某上市公司董事长.这位仁兄在深圳就以好赌出名，把他把持的一家深圳“老五家上市公司”之一输得停了牌，而且还欠了大把赌债，去年不知去向。他是见世面、经过大风浪的人，但见到我显然有点意外。在这个赌室玩，最少要买5万美金的赌码，每次下注1000美圆起。当然，这种档次的搏杀对他来说是小意思，据说有一次在香港的赌船上一天就输了1亿5千万之多。这次显然仍然不走运，他面前的赌码已经空了，只是坐在那里干着急而已，不时地往豪华地毯上随意吐痰，显得和环境十分冲突。这时，坐在他旁边的一个老外，可能是去洗手间站起了离开了。这位仁兄，象是对着我，又象是对着在场的所有人用普通话说，我借他一下，同时手就迅速、老练地在刚离开的老外的赌码堆了拿了3个赌码（每个5000美圆）放到他的赌位上，我突然感到就象自己偷了人家钱一样惊恐，担心他“还’不上如何是好。感谢上帝，给他赢了一把，他把刚才“借”的还给人家，并见好就收了.我们互相留了联系电话就分手了。回来后，我一直不敢和他联系，听说他在美国语言不通，到处借钱，我的那点钱还要养家糊口，怕给他盯上。过了两个星期，我实在无聊，给他打了一个电话，我原来的那些担心是多余的，他给的电话都是空号。　　

　　顺便解释一下，我是通过“有益于美国国家利益的杰出人才”移民的途径来美国的，不是投资移民.我强调这点，不是要表明自己多“牛比”，我昨天还见到一位连A、B、C都不认识的浙江老兄，也通过了移民局的“杰出人才”审核，中国人只要拿出平时使用的万分之一的“小聪明”,就足以制造出任何通过美国“一根筋”移民官的审核的材料。我解释的目的只是想避免大家产生对我“经济是否清白”方面的联想。　　

　　当然，当老总遇到的不全是这些坏事，要不然，怎么会有这么多人抢着干呢？　　

　　如果说做国企老总比“贩卖毒品”更赚钱，一点也不夸张，谁见过毒贩个人收入有几千万、甚至上亿？做老总是“无本万利”的生意，而且只赚不赔，还名利双收。上述深圳几个被抖出来的老总，在短短的几年中就把身价搞到数千万元。　　

　　那么，企业老总的收入是那里来的呢？这个说起来话就长了，可以说是五花八门，八仙过海，各显神通。小说如由于竞争广告、保险、汽车修理，甚至会计师事务所、律师事务所的无序竞争，回扣往往高达费用的50%。据《深圳特区》报透露，仅深圳市政府部门维修车辆回扣损失为2000万元，企业也面临同样的问题。有关这个方面的关键秘密，我想另文专门介绍。
　　
　　国企老总还可以“身累、心不累”，拥有决策的权力，而又不必对决策后果担心、负责，就我所见的国企老总们“摆乌龙”的事，三天三夜也说不完，就我知道的略取几例：
　　
　　*市国有外贸公司总经理，未经集体讨论，个人拍板决定贷款1837万美元在海外经营期货业务，并绕过总公司财务部把这笔巨额外汇转到境外代理人手中，不到一年，这笔巨额外汇全部亏空流失；
　　
　　*深华公司不经科学论证，举债2.2亿元投资重庆地铁工程。虽经制止，追回8000万元，尚有4000万人民币和1000万美元至今追不回来；
　　
　　*根据深圳“三点一线”战略（指国外一点，深圳一点，沈阳一点，当时书记厉有为，市长李子彬老家都在沈阳）到沈阳等地盲目兼并阀门厂、四平建新涂料等企业，损失7000多万；
　　
　　*深圳食品饮料公司与天津启士林公司联营并耗资千万美元从国外购置的食品加工设备，由于不适用、不配套，闲置3年后报废，深圳投资的许多公用公司，如投资高达7亿的、门可罗雀的“海上田园”公园，每年要亏损5000千万，当然，这件事和企业老总无关，是时任深圳市委书记的张高丽“拍脑袋”的结果。　　

　　*深圳外贸集团担保24亿，加利息近30亿元，而又不能控制这些被保企业的投资决策经营，其中约5亿元要该集团买单。　　

　　*中航技集团通过莱英达集团借钱给一个连自己名字都不会写的潮洲老太婆个人开发房地产，结果拿比市场高5倍的房产抵债，造成2亿元的损失。
　　
　　*企业银行存款余额最高时达到1.3亿元，而该企业只有一名正式员工，其余均为聘用人员，财务负责人是一退休人员，对资金的支出起不到监督作用，三个副经理相互攀比，竞相花钱，短短的4年时间，花费6951万元，对于驻港企业、海外投资企业，损失几千万、甚至亿元的就太多了！
　　
　　国企老总这样干，难道没有监督、约束机制吗？有，而且，理论上讲是世界上最完善，最复杂的监督、约束管理体制，其机构之臃肿是外人无法理解和不能相象的，就拿我做总经理的集团为例，我把他叫做“六会七方，八层领导”制，也就是由新三会（股东会、董事会、监时会）、老三会（职代会、党委会、工会）加上经营班子七套机构，在加上市里派来的财务总监,享受副总以上待遇的有14人之多.在管理层次上就更吓人,有国资委--投资管理公司---本集团--上市公司--一级企业--二级企业--三级企业等等，上面层次主要是管理监督，不从事经营。这么多吃闲饭的,企业搞不好,是天经地义的.
　　
　　国企老总还有一个好处，就是不要担心企业效益或企业员工发不出工资，企业是政府的，政府当然要扛着。叫市长拿钱给企业没有关系，只要职工不闹事，不要影响了他们的仕途，反正钱又不是他们的。　　

　　深圳90年代有一面全国闻名的旗帜中华自行车公司，她号称拥有世界最大的自行车生产能力，91年曾经是国内排国内合资企业第一名，其“大名”（DIAMOND）品牌被评为92年世界最知名自行车十大品牌首位。96年...陪卡斯特罗参观公司时，时任深圳市委副书记的黄丽满把5辆我们的自行车作为国礼送给卡斯特罗。但在国有资产与外方的资本融合与运作过程中，由于一些企业管理不当，使外商有机可乘，国有资产合法权益受到损害。如中华自行车公司，企业和港商合作经营，数亿港元买卖业务的资金全部由该企业垫付，而采购、销售、提货等关键业务的资金全部由港商掌握，甚至另刻一套公司财务章和行政章交给港商使用，使港商可以任意调运该企业的货物。结果，不法港商以市场变化、商品质量或其它借口，不仅应付的利润不兑现，而且，连高达成协31亿应收货款也没有了.仅2002年一年，就撇了21亿元的呆帐，创造了我国上市公司有史以来年度亏损最大的记录，公司净资产为负35亿多元，国家（主要是银行）蒙受巨大的经济损失，当然，我是2000年兼任该公司董事长的，虽然说起来没有我的责任，但我也要面子的人哪！　　

　　按市场规律来说，象中华自行车这样的无药可救的公司，破产算了，但政府不但没有放弃我们，还成立了有副市长王穗明、郭荣俊为正副组长的挽救中华公司的领导重组小组。新华社记者赵晓峰2001年5月写了一篇披露中华公司将引起深圳经济“雪崩”的“动态清样”（这是新华社给.....委员以上高官看的紧急的、“报忧”的文章，当时我和投资管理公司主席李黑虎在给市长于幼军及其他几位副市长汇报中华公司方案，在...人事调整的关键时侯，谁愿意因此减分？为了就
“莱英达”和中华自行车，市政府通过给我们现金、注入资产、免地价等方式，仅在我任内3年里，一共给了近13亿元。后来市长书记安全地都升了官，而莱英达在今年以“MBO”方式买给了经营者，作价还不到一亿元，而市财政历年通过包括优惠政策在内的超过50亿元的投入，这样的结果连我都想象不到！　　

　　做国企老总有这么多的好处，在中国现行的政治体制和社会环境下，自然不是有能力就能当上的了。　　

　　老总的位置是紧跟领导的奖赏，任人为亲，企业武大郎开店，是难免的啦.有些人一天没有在企业呆过，也不知企业管理是什么东西，但只要领导服侍舒服了，就能给一个到国有企业捞好处的机会。例如深圳前书记张高利（现为山东省长）的秘书孙利平坐上了深圳高新投公司老总的位置，原市长李子彬的秘书当上了深圳机场公司的董事长。当然也有“既要做*子，又要立牌坊”式的公开招聘，深圳最近又面向国内外招聘几家国企总经理，其实内部早就有人选，千万不要天真，跟着劳民伤财，我虽然是过来人，可又犯傻了一回。　　

　　去年来美后，看到新成立的国资委“第一次面向海内外公开选拔中央大型国有企业副总经理”，我报名参加一个“部级企业”副总的选拔，因为我在深圳是“正局’级，又有交大、清华等国内名校的学习经历，在126位报名者中，顺利通过了初选，回国参加了由28人的笔试，尽管来美较长时间，但我在包括“时事政治”内容在内的笔试中名列前矛，又一次回过参加了面试。这次面试在中央组部招待所举行，因为有多位部级以上的“高干”出任考官，到处武警站岗，戒备森严。最后，我只得到一封参加“活动”的感谢信。从美国去回两次，自掏腰包化了3万多元，连报考公司的门往那里开的都不知道，你说搞笑吧？！后来，我通过熟人，问了该企业的董事长没有被取的原因，他给我了一句话，“你也是当过企业老总的，谁会选一位自己不熟悉的人管资产”，可不是吗，我在这条道上混了这么些年，还那么书生气，连这点起码的“国情”都不知道，就只能自认倒霉了 。

That is because, from Seoul to San Francisco, affluent online gamers who lack the time and patience to work their way up to the higher levels of gamedom are willing to pay the young Chinese here to play the early rounds for them.

"For 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, my colleagues and I are killing monsters," said a 23-year-old gamer who works here in this makeshift factory and goes by the online code name Wandering. "I make about $250 a month, which is pretty good compared with the other jobs I've had. And I can play games all day."
